Symptoms
Unable to update assignments for SAM vendors where the EFT Indicator (PLUS_FOUR) is NOT null.
Steps to Reproduce
- Logon and access the Federal Administrator responsibility
- Navigate: Payables Management >Search SAM Vendors
- Query any SAM Vendor using the Unique Entity Identifier where the EFT Indicator is NOT null
- Observe that the 'Update Assignment' button is not enabled where the EFT Indicator is not null
(stated differently, the 'Update Assignment' button is only enabled where the EFT Indicator is null)
