Symptoms

When an employee/approver is linked to multiple fnd_users, Approval Management Engine (AME) fails to get the approver for Projects Agreement Workflow.

When viewing the workflow monitor to monitor the Projects Agreement Workflow, the following error appears on the page:

Failed Activity = Get Next Approvers using AME
Activity Type = function
Error name = -1422
Error Message = ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

Steps to reproduce:

1. Using a System Administrator responsibility, navigate to Workflow Status Monitor Search=>Workflows=>Search
2. Query the related workflow name (PAAGPPRW)
3. Select the workflow process and the error appears on the page.
