OM Command Center Returns Data Load concurrent program ends in warning and no data is available on Enterprise Command Centre (ECC) Returns Dashboard

OTHERS exception while submitting : OM ECC RMA DataLoadORA-01403: no data found


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Oracle Applications > Navigate to Order Management Responsibility

2. From menu > Tools > View > Submit Request > OM Command Center Returns Data Load

3. Run program with Month end parameter

4. Concurrent program ends in warning and in the log we can see the error message
