Problem Statement

Comments entered on Mass Timecard Approval are not retained and so employee cannot see the approver's comments.

STEPS:
-----------

1. Login to EBS Application > Mass Timecard Approval responsibility
2. Enter comments and reject
4. Employee unable to see the approver's comments
