MES Workbench Errors Out With Unexpected Error

Symptoms
When attempting to force allocate a work order via MES Workbench, the following error occurs.
ERROR

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your systems administrator for assistance.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. MES Supervisor: Click component availability
2. Navigate to Unallocated jobs
3. Choose job with Force Allocated is needed.
4. Clicking apply sees the above error.
