Symptoms

When attempting to import the bank statement
the following error occurs.

ERROR

FDPSTP failed due to ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("XTR"."XTR_BANK_BALANCES"."ACCOUNT_NUMBER")
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CE_AUTO_BANK_REC", line 508
ORA-06512: at line 1


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Cash Management responsibility
2. Submit the bank statement import
