Symptoms
When attempting to apply GST(Goods and Service Tax) Patch that has jain90.odf OR jain90_3.odf
the following error occurs.

The table is missing the index JAI_TAX_LINES_INTERFACE_PK
or index JAI_TAX_LINES_INTERFACE_PK exists on another table.
Create it with the statement:
Warning: Object "JAI_TAX_LINES_INTERFACE" is not registered in table "FND_OBJECT_TABLESPACES".
