Symptoms

When attempting to apply GST(Goods and Service Tax) Patch that has jain90.odf OR jain90_3.odf
the following error occurs.

ERROR

FAILED: file jain90_3.odf on worker 1 for product ja username JA.

The table is missing the index JAI_TAX_LINES_INTERFACE_PK
or index JAI_TAX_LINES_INTERFACE_PK exists on another table.
Create it with the statement:

Warning: Object "JAI_TAX_LINES_INTERFACE" is not registered in table "FND_OBJECT_TABLESPACES".


Start time for statement below is: Tue Oct 10 2023 16:19:01

CREATE UNIQUE INDEX JA."JAI~TAX~LINES~INTERFACE~PK" ON
 JA.JAI_TAX_LINES_INTERFACE (INTERFACE_TAX_LINE_ID) LOGGING STORAGE
 (FREELIST GROUPS 4 FREELISTS 4 ) PCTFREE 10 INITRANS 11 MAXTRANS 255
 COMPUTE STATISTICS PARALLEL ONLINE TABLESPACE APPS_TS_TX_IDX

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply GST(Goods and Service Tax) Patch.

The issue can encounter on any GST Patch that has jain90.odf OR jain90_3.odf.
