Enterprise Command Center (ECC) V10 Full Load Is Not Getting Completed For Fixed Assets After Upgrading From V9 To V10 (Doc ID 2980344.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run full load Enterprise Command Center (ECC) V10, the following error is displayed in the log file:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Using FA responsibility > View > Requests.
2. Run Enterprise Command Center Full Data Load.
3. Check the log file.

Changes

 Upgrade from version 9 to version 10.
