Symptoms

When attempting to process the transaction from error processing form and interface to Install Base, the following error occurs.

The Quantity should be equal to one for Serialized Instances. Please check the quantity entered. (QUANTITY=-1)


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

a) Navigate to (R) Oracle Installed Base Admin responsibility
b) Open the Transaction Errors Processing form
c) Query with the transaction id
d) Select the Process Flag just to the left of the error
e) Navigate to Others -> Requests.
f) Submit the concurrent program "Resubmit Interface Process" with parameter Selected.
