Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Post-Processing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Web submitted concurrent request did not create an output file and skipped OPP 

Concurrent requests with XML output to Excel are executed in System Administration, but do not perform Output Post Processing.

The same concurrent requests executed in the Forms screen go through Output Post Processing and the Excel .xls file is generated.

Expect output post processing when executed from System Administration (Framework)
