After Enabling 'FND: Session Timeout Recovery Enabled' Throws Unexpected Error 'You have encountered an unexpected error' In Shopping Cart Window (Doc ID 2980573.1)

After setting profile "FND: Session Timeout Recovery Enabled" to Yes, unexpected error shown at bottom of the Shopping Cart" pop-up window in iProcurement.
The user is able to click "Edit" and continue shopping, so not actual exception, but shown.

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.


1. Set following profiles in System Administrator: Profile -> System
   - "FND: Session Timeout Recovery Enabled" to Yes to Application level
   -  "FND: Passivation Level" to Request  at Site level
2. In iProcurement responsibility:  Go to iProcurement Home page -> add item to cart
3. Click View cart and checkout
4. Shopping cart window opens with error
5. At the bottom of window, Unexpected error shown
