Error reported on SG IRAS Line Archive program submission

ERROR in Log file

Invalid format for level-unit number of the person address.

The correct format is XXX-XXXXX. You must enter both level no. and unit no., if you have entered either level or unit no. in the person address ]]


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to SG HRMS Super User
2. View > Submit Request
3. Submit SG IRAS Line Archive
