Transaction Number is incorrectly appearing on Deal

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Treasury Responsibility
2. Settlement window > query the Deal number
3. Not able to see the Transaction number under the Deal.
