Error 'PON_PRECISION_INV' While Creating An RFQ Through Interface Import Program (Doc ID 2980657.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to submit "Import Negotiations" program,
the following error occurs.

PON_PRECISION_INV

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Purchasing responsibility
2. Submit concurrent program - "Import Negotiations"
3. Observe that programs completes in error
4. PON_INTERFACE_ERRORS table shows the above error
