Symptoms
When attempting to save Revenue lease the following error occurs.

PN_MISS_PO_DETAILS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Property Manager Responsibility
2. Lease and Documents-->New--> Leases Form
3. Enter the Required information and Save
4. Error occurs in popup window
