Contact Center Does Not Display IB Instances Unless Find Instances Is Clicked. (Doc ID 2980741.1)

In case of certain customer accounts, the contact center does not display Install Base Instance details under Install Base tab.


1. Depot Repair Manager > Service Request > Customer Management > Contact Center
2. Open Contact Center Form
3. Enter customer account.
4. Go to Install Base Tab
5. Instances are not populated.
6. User has to click on "Find Instances" button to see the instances Can not reproduce the issue.
