Symptoms
While running the Enterprises Command Center(ECC) data load for Iprcourement with the data set ICX-Top Categories, it failed with the below error.

STEPS

1. Navigate ECC Developer Responsibility
2. Select Application Name as iProcurement
3. Load Type as Full Load
4. Dataset as iProcurement Top Categories icx-top-categories
5. Default Language as US
6. Log level Error
7. The full load completes with the above error
