Symptoms

Performance Issue reported with Single Touch Payroll Archive 2022 program.
STP Archive 2022 program has been running for a longer time than expected.


Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to AU HRMS Super User
2. Navigate to View > Submit Request 
3. Submit STP Archive 2022 program
