IGT Order Import Failing To Sync Status of the Order - IGT_SYNC_SERV_FAIL (Doc ID 2981092.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, G-Invoicing

IGT Order Import is failing to sync the status of the Order

User receives notification with the following error message:

  Error occurred in syncing servicing agency changes, reserving and approving order #nnnnnnnnn

WF_Stat workflow error:
  VERIFY_PO_BEFORE_APPROVE / END-SUCCESS        Verify PO Before Approve End   COMPLETE #NULL

Steps to reproduce:
  a. Create a BIO Order in Purchasing Responsibility
  b. Pre-approve the Order and push it to GINV
  c. Approve the Order on Servicing side
  d. Import the approved Order into Purchasing
  e. Document is not pulled into Purchasing
