When attempting to generate revenue for a project by running PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project,
the following error occurs :

"Cursor 197: ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in to Projects Responsibility.

2. Navigate to View > Requests > Submit a new request

3. Run the PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project program.

4. Check the log file for the error.
