Symptoms

The AP Purge process does not delete from the AP_PAYMENT_HIST_DISTS table
The AP Purge process doesn not delete few records from the AP_INVOICES_ALL table 

The package AP_PURGE_PKG has no reference to the table AP_PAYMENT_HIST_DISTS, so a lot of records are leftover by the request.

The parent table AP_PAYMENT_HISTORY does get data removed by AP_PURGE_PKG package.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Use a Purchasing responsibility
2. Run the request Purge program from Management->Purge
