Recoverable Tax Is Not Getting Enabled in the India Tax Detail (ITD) Form for Inter Org Transfer (IOT) Receipt When Receipt Routing Is Direct Delivery (Doc ID 2982519.1)

Symptoms

The recoverable tax checkbox is not checked in the India Tax Detail (ITD) form of the IOT receipt for a tax line, although the recoverable checkbox is checked in the tax type setup.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Oracle Financials for India --> Transactions --> Inter Organization Transfer.
2. Click on Transaction Lines and enter required information.
3. Recoverable flag is enabled/checked at this point for the tax line, save the transaction.
4. Now navigate to India local purchasing --> Receiving --> Receipts --> create receipt with reference to shipment, receipt routing is 'direct delivery'.
5. Enter the quantity, Do not open India tax Details form.
6. Save the receipt, observed that recoverable flag is automatically getting unchecked.
