CWB Allocation Page Search Function Issues (Doc ID 2982562.1)

Symptoms

When using the name search box in Allocation Task page of Compensation Workbench product, the highlighted name is barely noticeable.
There should be more highlighting in order to recognize highlighted returned rows when searching large quantity of employee records in CWB.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Navigate to CWB for Administrators responsibility
2. Click on Allocation Task
3. On the top of the allocation table itself is a name search box.
4. Enter a partial name here and search.
  Returned Dataset View has just the employee name highlighted, and barely at that. It's a dark blue which is hard to notice when all other data is black font.
