ASN’s receipts created either MGUI/Scan gun won't update WHO columns on Receipt Headers (RCV_SHIPMENT_Headers)
created by, creation date, last_update_date, last_updated_by for rcv_shipment_headers won't get updated when receipt gets created for ASN or even when that receipt get delivered too

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an ASN
2. Login to mobile application
3. Perform receipt against the ASN
