Quality Receiving Inspection Severe Performance Issue When Using Item Category Transaction Trigger (Doc ID 2982976.1)

Symptoms

When trying to perform QA PO Receiving Inspection, the Enter Quality Results form can take from 10 minutes to 4 hours or more until opening.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. PO Receiving responsibility
2. Receiving > Receiving Transactions form
3. Query for the receipt needing inspection
4. Click the Inspect button
5. Enter Quality Results form opens after at least 10 minutes.
