While Running Dataload for Dataset Icx-Catalog in iProcurement Fails with Error "Dataset Icx-Catalog Registration Failed with Error from Server Processing Commands" (Doc ID 2983038.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run dataload for Dataset Icx-Catalog in iProcurement, the data load fails and following error can be seen in the ECC Dashboard User Interface (UI):

 

There is an error while registering the collection Collection icx-catalog Deletion -> Success, Configset icx-catalog Deletion -> Success, icx-catalog Collection -> Dataset icx-catalog registration failed with error Error from server at http://xxxx:xxxx/core_ecc/icx-catalog:error processing commands.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Navigate to Dataload Submission.
2. Select Application Name as iProcurement
3. Dataset as iProcurement Top Categories icx-catalog
4. Load Type as Full Load
5. Default Language as US
6. Log level Error
7. Enable SQL Trace True
