iAssert Receiving Approver list of value is displaying multiple records with same employee name when creating transfer request.

Step to Reproduce

1. N : iAsset Requester Responsibility > iAsset Home
2. Through Asset search Tab, search the asset that needs to be transferred and add to the asset list
3. Click the "Create Transfer Request" and provide a purpose for the transfer, click the next button (step 2 of 4)
4. Select a releasing Approver and click next
5. Provide the transfer information (change to expense account, location or employee information) (step 3 of 4)
6. For the Releasing Approver provide a partial name with the % to search the approver. eg 'Joh%'
