Item of Requisition Line Becomes Blank after Added to Document Builder in Enterprise Command Center (Doc ID 2983379.1)

Symptoms

Users are unable to see the item number in Document Builder while creating the purchase order through the Enterprise Command Center (ECC)

Replication Steps:
1. Login to E-Business Suit with Purchasing responsibility
2. Navigation = Procurement Command Center > Procurement Operations > Requisitions
3. Filter out In-Pool requisitions
4. Select any requisition line and add it to the document builder
5. On document builder the 'Item' field of requisition line becomes blank
