'Process Move Order for Backordered Materials' - Concurrent Program Not Triggered On Backorder Of Delivery Detail (Doc ID 2983524.1)

Symptoms

On back ordering a delivery detail the program 'Process Move Order for Backordered Materials' is not getting triggered to move the backordered quantity of inventory back to source sub inventory.


STEPS

1. Go to Oracle application > Go to Order Management super user responsibility
2. Navigate to Menu path > Shipping > Shipping Transactions form
3. Query an order which is at Staged / Picked status > On ship confirm > Backorder all
