Symptoms

Order Management Enterprise Command Center(ECC) Full Data Load fails with the following error:

ERROR

OE_ECC_UTIL_PVT package

Error: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error
ORA-06512: at "APPS.OE_ECC_UTIL_PVT", line 2383
ORA-06512: at line 1


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login as Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Navigate to menu > Tools > View > Submit Request > OM Command Center Data Load program (OM ECC Full load program)
3. Received Error: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error
   ORA-06512: at "APPS.OE_ECC_UTIL_PVT", line 2383
   ORA-06512: at line 1
