Symptoms
Not able to attach existing learning course to learning object from content tab
Steps to reproduce :
1. Login into the Application -> Go to Oracle Learning Management Administrator responsibility.
2. Click on Learning administrator.
3. Launch content administration.
4. Click on Learning object>Details>Offering.
5. Create Offering>Choose to attach existing course.
6. Not able to attach the course as user could not find any courses.
