Goal

Why does the LAST_UPDATE_DATE and CREATION_DATE in per_empdir_images table change to the concurrent request completion date ?

Even if there are no changes to the employee images (create/update) when 'Refresh Employee Directory' concurrent request is submitted with following parameters:

Refresh Mode: COMPLETE
Refresh Date: DD-MON-YYYY
Source System: PER
Process Multiple Assignments: Yes
Refresh Images: Yes
