Assets Enterprise Command Center (ECC) Dashboard not Restricting Asset Data Based on Security By Book (Doc ID 2984863.1)

Fixed Assets (FA) ECC dashboard is displaying data for all books even though FA security by book is implemented and base application (FA) forms/reports do not display restricted books when asset related data is queried or entered. It is expected that ECC Dashboard should display data for only books assigned to organizations associated with FA: Security profile set at responsibility level.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Fixed Assets Manager responsibility and access ECC dashboard:
    Menu: Assets Command Center
2. Observe that Books count is wrong and asset related data for all books is accessible.
