Dispute Is Not Showing in the Transactions Details Screen After Saving (Doc ID 2984954.1)

Symptoms

After creating and saving a dispute in the Transaction Details screen, the dispute number is not showing if the user closes and goes back into the form.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation
: Collections

  1. Click on the Transactions tab, and select an invoice.
  2. Click on Transactions Details, enter the Dispute fields and submit.  The record is saved and the dispute number is shown in the form.
  3. Close the Transaction Details form, and reopen.  The Dispute Number field is empty.  The dispute that was just created doesn't show.
