Symptoms

The employee is not receiving request information notification in the open worklist. The person should receive a notification message with a subject like 'More Information Requested: Expense XXXXX for <employee_name> (<amount> <currency>)'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iExpense responsibility(N)>Create expense report
2. Provide required details>Submit
3. More information requested by the approver.
4. No notification received by employee
