Burdened Cost Is Missing From OAF Page View Budget (Doc ID 2985385.1)

Symptoms

The Burdened Cost is missing for some periods in the OAF page View Budget.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. With a Projects Super User responsibility go to Projects Delivery => Search Project.

2. Go to Financial Tab (T) for the project => go to Budgets and Forecasts sub-tab => select View Budget.

3. Check the Burdened Cost column and notice there is missing data for the affected periods.
