Symptoms

When trying to save a payment method of Type=Cash for an assignment in the Personal Payment Method (PAYWSEPM), the following error is displayed:

FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04103


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using UK HRMS Manager Responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Query for employee > Assignment > Others > Pay Method.
3. Add a new payment method of type Cash and try to save.
4. The above error is displayed in the form toolbar.

Changes

Apply patch 34898979:R12.PAY.B or 34898979:R12.PAY.C.
