Not Able to Create Deduction Element With "Benefit Table" Radio Button on Amount Tab (Doc ID 2985784.1)

We are not able to create Deduction element with "Benefit table" option in Amount Tab.
We have found older elements with "Benefit Table" calculation formula and we'd like to match that setup for new elements.

Can you let us know if this is still in use with the product?


Navigation: US Super HRMS Manager > Total Compensation > Basic > Deduction > Create new > Amount tab
                 See that the Benefits Table radio button is grayed out.
