Symptoms
Open Order and Open Purchase Order Transactions are not showing in Product Hub Item 360 degree transaction view page (PIM Transaction Viewer page).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation -> Development Manager -> Select Transaction Organization -> Item Catalog -> Item Simple Search -> Open Item -> Click on Transaction.
2. Verify that Open sales orders and purchase orders are not showing.
