Unable To Export Territories (Doc ID 2986381.1)

Symptoms

When a user navigates to the Territories page, clicks on the Export button and then chooses to Export and clicks "Continue" a Create Document page is displayed instead of the download of the Territory.

Steps
(R) Territory Management
(N) Territory Administration -> Territories

Click on “Export” button for first territory
Export screen
Click Selected Node and all of its children
Click on Continue

The download does not take place.
