Goal

Encumbrance impact to approved PO after PO's promised date was updated and then rejected

Steps
+++++
1. Login to EBS with Purchasing responsibility in Encumbrance enabled environment
2. Query Approved open Purchase Order (PO)
3. Change the Promised-Date of the PO and save. PO approval status will automatically changed to 'Requires Reapproval'
4. Submit PO for reapproval, however, Approver reject PO Re-approve request. then PO approval status will automatically changed to 'Rejected'
5. Previous reserved fund for the PO will automatically relieved (UNRESERVE)
