Symptoms

When attempting to rollback an impairment on an asset in a tax book that is attached to a Secondary Ledger, the following error is received:


ERROR

ORA-20001: -: XLA-95103: An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_events_pkg.get_event_info. The event id 19483919 does not exist.
Error: function FA_IMPAIRMENT_DELETE_PVT.rollback_impair_event returned failure
Module FAPIMP ended with error


STEPS
-----------------------
Using a responsibility such as Fixed Assets Manager, access menu path Assets : Impairment.  This will bring up a Web ADI template with which to create the impairment.


1- Create an impairment with Status = Preview for the asset in the tax book.

NOTE:  Impairment date must be in the current open period for the book.

2 - Upload the impairment.

3 - Query the now Previewed impairment in the Impairments menu and choose Post.

4- Run Create Accounting - Assets in Final mode for both Primary and Secondary Ledgers.

5- Query the new posted impairment in the Impairments menu and choose Rollback.
