Symptoms

Actual Behavior
It takes a long time to shown View Charges page from LCM Shipment page.

Expected Behavior
View Charge page opens more quickly.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Landed Cost Managment responsiblity > Shipments
  2. Search shipment and open it.
  3. Select "View Charges" from Action menu.

Cause
