In WMS Organization, When The Cycle Counts Were Being Generated, The Starting Sequence Was Not Being Incremented In Cycle Count Header Form

Symptoms
In Oracle Warehouse Management, while the cycle count was being scheduled, last count sequence number in cycle count entries form and starting sequence in cycle count header form remains same as starting sequence in cycle count form is not incremented
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Oracle Applications
2. Navigate to inventory > counting > cycle counts >query the cycle count > open
3. Note down the Starting Sequence in cycle count header form and close the form
4. Navigate inventory > counting > cycle counts > query the cycle count> counts > note down the last count sequence number in cycle count entries form
5. Observe that the sequence noted in cycle count header form and cycle count entries form is same. The starting sequence in cycle count header form should be +1 to the last count sequence number in cycle count entries form
