When attempting to navigate to other Tender pages after clicking on the Bill of Quantity tab link, the following error occurs.

Row 2 Item Description - Attribute set for ItemDescription in view object AuctionItemPricesAllVO failed.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Log into E-Business Suite.
2. Open Sourcing responsibility, navigate to the Tender page, and search for a particular tender.
3. Open the Tender and navigate to the Bill of Quantity tab link.
4. Click on any other tab link and the error is displayed in the Tender's header page and in the item description field:

Changes

Created item with carriage return in the item description field.
