Symptoms
When attempting to approve AME Notification for Sales order ,
the following error occurs.

ORA-04061: existing state of package body ""APPS.OE_ORDER_WF_UTIL"" has been invalidated
ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped package body ""APPS.OE_ORDER_WF_UTIL""
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: ""APPS.OE_ORDER_WF_UTIL""
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. Go to Order Management Super User Responsibility
3. Navigate to MENUPATH > Orders, Returns
4. Open the Sales Order Form
5. Query the Order Reported
6. Observe the above note on the Sales Order Screen upon trying to approve the AME notification
