Symptoms

When attempting to authorize a credit card transaction, users get the following error.

Error

SQL_EXCEPTION: Connection has already been closed.

 

Frequency

The system's behavior is inconsistent and may fail sporadically.



Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management or Oracle Receivables User
2. Create an Authorization from an Order or Receipt.
