Symptoms
When attempting to create banks for Japan with the same alternate bank name that already exists for another bank, the following error is thrown:
The Alternative Bank Name Already Exists For This Country. Please Re-enter.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cash Management responsibility(N)>Setup>Banks
2. Search for bank name and update
3. Provide alternate bank name as used in other bank and save
4. Error occurred.
