Picking Rule LOV Shows Incorrect Values For Non-WMS Enabled Organization In Organization Parameters Form (Doc ID 2988156.1)

Symptoms

Incorrect values are showing up in picking rule List of Values(LOV) for non-WMS enabled organization in organization parameters form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to EBS application
2. Navigate to Inventory > Setup > Organizations > Parameters
3. Go to ATP-Pick, Item-sourcing tab
4. Select Picking Rule field , enter % and press tab.
5. Observe that you get picking rule values which are related to WMS enabled organizations
6. Close the LOV, press ctrl + L, observe that you get correct values related to the selected organization only
