Symptoms
In the iProcurement Enterprise Command Centre (ECC), after immediately clicking on the Enter key, the application returns a multitude of unrelated records.
It is expected that the application should return only the record or records that meet the search criteria.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Log into E-Business Suite.
2. Open the iProcurement responsibility (ECC).
3 Search for an item. Two records are returned in the search results as expected.
4. Perform search again; however, press the enter key immediately after entering the item number. The application returns a multitude of unrelated records.
